T-5.7 Mercruisers (270 hp ea.) with Bravo 2 outdrives. (Port engine rebuilt in 2012) Engine hours approx. 580, Bellows replaced in both lower units, along with anodes in May 2014, Westerbeke 12.5 kw Gen. with 1,140 hrs. Shorepower ? 50 amp ~ 3 reverse cycle a/c & heat units ~ hull sanded, primed, & re-painted ~ Bottom coated (Coal tar epoxy). Boat has been used as a year round live aboard vessel since 1999 so also has a York furnace that runs on LP. Stack washer and dryer (LP gas) installed in 2002. Full sized side by side refrigerator, marine stove (3 burner w/oven) microwave, Updated galley cabinets & countertop in 2010, updated countertops in both heads also. Upper deck has wet bar ~ cushions for seating (o.k. condition) ~ bimini top ~ helm & seat cover ~ snap on skirting for railing which is removed and stored inside during winter. All canvas is in very good shape, most is newer. Carpet on top is new . Removable canvas with screens which encloses the entire back area. All in good condition. Isinglass is still good, and zippers were recently replaced.
Double french doors lead to Ensuite master stateroom with queen sized bed, 2 lower cuddys (1 mid-ship, & 1 forward) mid ship cuddy has 1 queen sized mattress, and forward cuddy has 2 queen sized mattresses.
